The IB Middle Years Programme (IBMYP) is designed for students aged 11 to 16. It provides a framework of learning which encourages students to become creative, critical and reflective thinkers. 

The IB Middle Years Programme consists of eight subject groups integrated through five interactive areas. Students are required to study at least two languages, humanities, sciences, mathematics, arts, physical education and technology. It builds upon the knowledge, skills and attitudes developed in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) and prepares students to meet the academic challenges of the IB Diploma Programme and the IB Career-related Certificate (IBCC).

 

What IEA Offers:

IBMYP serves as an excellent transition into the challenging two-year IB Diploma programme. Despite the fact that MYP students do not need to handle external examinations, the knowledge that students learn would build upon one another. Therefore, the teachers at International Elites Academy would prepare and equip students with useful skills to excel in coursework and tackle DP materials with ease concurrently.
